Your data is not shared with third parties except to fulfil legal obligations and to provide the live chat described below (the AI provider and our team's internal messaging tool).

Data is collected through forms you fill out on our website and website usage analysis tools.

Messages you send through the chat window on our website are first answered by an AI-powered assistant and may then be taken over by our team.

• Data processed: the name and email address requested to start the chat; message content; your phone number and company if you share them; the page you wrote from; and browser information. The IP address itself is not stored, only a one-way hash used to prevent abuse.
• Purpose: answering your questions, preparing quotes and getting back to you, and preventing abuse.
• Service providers: messages are sent to an AI service (kie.ai, which uses Anthropic's Claude models) to generate replies and are forwarded to our team's Telegram group. These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye.
• Retention: chats are deleted automatically 90 days after the last message; chats in which contact details were left are deleted after 365 days.
• You can delete your chat at any time with the "Delete chat" option in the chat window. A strictly necessary cookie (tl_chat) is stored to keep your chat.

Under KVKK Article 11, you can request information about your personal data, request its correction or deletion.
